Oh those who believed! You remember Lord Allah’s favor upon you when a people attempted to stretch their hands against you, and He withheld their hands from you. And you heed Allah, then believers entrust only upon Allah.
This verse points out the behavior of the Jew tribes at the time of Messenger. One of the tribes in Medina plotted to kill Messenger and thereby wipe out Islam forever. But the Three-Time-Knower Lord inspired this to the Messenger, and thus the attempt failed. It is told in verse 9: 74 that hypocrites also attempted to kill Messenger while returning from the Tabuk Expedition. Today the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are the Mujirims as explained in verse 7: 40 are the enemies of believers. Since the Safeguard Adhikr is formed as a Book, the odd believer holdfasts It as the Strongest Weapon to do Jihad against these cursed people, and as a Shield against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hellfire as explained in verses 5: 48.
